Exercise and the Developing Brain

Researchers have found much evidence that exercise is beneficial for children’s developing brains. On several occasions, Building Brains and Futures has collaborated with the Lethbridge Early Years Coalition and the Roving Gym to create spaces where children can enjoy play with exercise and parents learn about the benefits of exercise for developing brains.
